A turn is much easier
than a spin, a single spin is much easier that multiple spin, it is
highly recommended that you handle the turns and single spin before think of a multiple
spin.
After learning the 11 elementary
spins and turns, you can try the following:
1. Spin and turn with
different styles (arms & legs);
2. Spin and turn with
different rhythms (1234, 1&2&3&4, 1&a2&a3&a4,
-a2a3a4, etc);
3. Spin and turn with
different tempos (from <100 to="">200 beats per minute);100>
4. Enter/exit the spins
and turns from/to different directions/angles/actions/figures
(combining turns and spin into short routines);
5. Finally, try to give
more momentum to have more than one full turn during a spin (double/
triple/ multiple spins)
