A choreographer is a professional whose responsibility is to design and arrange dance movements and/or sequences for performances. Thus choreographers are literally artists. Since hey play a pivotal role bringing arts to lives, they need to be creative. Also they often collaborate with dancers, directors, and other artists, they also need to be cooperative. 

In the other hand, choreography is a very broad concept, making choreographer’s work encompasses various styles, from ballet to contemporary, ensuring that each movement aligns with the intended expression of the piece. Moreover, their creativity not only shapes the choreography but also influences the overall aesthetic of the performance.

To be an outstanding choreographer, one needs to develop original dance sequences that is meaningful, and can convey specific themes, emotions, or narratives. In order to achieve this, a choreographer must analyze music and its rhythm, ensuring that the choreography complements the auditory experience. 

Apart from the above, choreographers also work to provide direction during rehearsals guiding dancers to achieve the desired movements and expressions for the performance. Therefore, a choreographer also has the quality of a coach, a caller, and a performer.
